You will need to contact the ACT (American College Test), SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) and the NCAA Initial Eligibility Clearinghouse (typically called the NCAA Clearinghouse), which is now called the NCAA Eligibility Center.

***IMPORTANT***  When you first register for the ACT and/or SAT, there will be various organizations to which your scores can be sent directly by the ACT or SAT.  YOU CANNOT SEND THE SCORES YOURSELF.  Therefore, when registering, be sure to enter the Clearinghouse code "9999" as one of the places you want your test results sent.  Otherwise, you have to go back to the ACT or SAT, send in a fee to have them send it.  It's a headache, so take care of it when you register.
